O R D E R

% 14.07.2017 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail for a period of two months in case FIR No.511/2014, under Sections 6 & 10 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's minor son is suffering from seizure disorder and further submits that there is nobody else at his house to look after and take care of his minor son. Counsel further submits that if the medical aid is not given to the child, the future of the child will be ruined and he will never be able to lead a healthy ad proper life.

Heard.

Status report has been filed by the State. The medical certificate

submitted by counsel for the petitioner has also been verified by the State and the same is stated to be correct.

Since the petitioner's minor son is suffering from seizure disorder and there is nobody else at his house to look after and take care of his minor son at home and to meet the ends of justice, I deem it appropriate to grant the petitioner interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned M.M. with the condition that the petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and he shall not contact the prosecuterix/victim or her family members in any manner. The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of in the above terms.
