In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the Respondent states that the refund orders will be issued positively within four weeks from today and the refund amount together with the interest due thereon will be credited to the account of the Petitioner directly within two weeks thereafter.

2. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent, the petition is disposed of.
