% 29.11.2017 As per the mediation report dated 25.10.2017, the parties have settled the matter and have entered into a Settlement Agreement on the same date. The Settlement Agreement is duly signed by the authorised representatives of the parties and their respective counsel. The learned mediator has also signed the Settlement Agreement.

The parties shall remain bound by the Settlement Agreement and undertake to this court to abide by the terms and conditions thereof. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as per law in case there is any default in compliance with the Settlement Agreement by the respondent including seeking revival of the present winding up petition.
