W.P.(C) 9020/2016 Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's refund claim has been processed but interests have not yet been returned. A direction is accordingly issued to the respondents to ensure that interests on the refund amounts due are calculated and an appropriate order is made in that regard. Entire amounts/principal and interest shall be remitted to the petitioner's account within a week. In case of any discrepancy with regard to the amount or amounts concerned, it is open to
the petitioner to file an application with the concerned AO, who shall decide the same within four weeks of receipt thereof. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J.
