% 02.11.2017 Respondent no.2-Neetu is present in Court along with her counsel. She has been identified by SI Jaiveer Singh of police station K.M. Pur. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner before the Mediation Centre, Saket Court on 6th August, 2016 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She submits that she and petitioner were living in the same colony. She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 528/2014 under Sections 354/509 IPC registered at police station K.M. Pur and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
