The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.119/2016 registered under Section 420 IPC at PS Maurya Enclave. Status report is on record.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner volunteered to pay `1.5 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any). BAIL APPLN. 2154/2016

The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2016. The total alleged loss caused to the complainant is `3.5 lacs.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the custody period undergone by the petitioner and his offer to pay `1.5 lacs to the complainant without prejudice, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 5.

`1.5 lacs shall be paid to the complainant within two weeks through the Investigating Officer without prejudice. In case of noncompliance, the complainant will be at liberty to approach this Court. 6.

The bail application stands disposed of.
