Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the University Grants Commission (for short 'UGC') to respond to the communication dated 26.06.2018 annexed as Annexure P-8 addressed by the Joint Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Rajasthan to the UGC. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the UGC, on advance notice states that, they shall respond to the said communication dated W.P.(C) 9389/2018

26.06.2018, within a period of four weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner, if not already done. 3.

Directed accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No further directions are called for.
