The counsel for the applicants / respondents no.2&3, in the application states that during the hearing on 11th July, 2018, owing to "slip of tongue", it was stated that the applicants / respondents no.2&3 are continuing in possession of the property and as recorded in para no.22 of the order dated 11th July, 2018. It is stated that in fact the applicants / respondents no.2&3, pursuant to the sale to the petitioner, are not in possession of the property. A copy of the sale deed is filed along with the application. 2.

Need to correct the order is not felt. The aforesaid submission of the counsel for the applicants / respondents no.2&3 is taken on record. 3.

In this view of the matter, need to issue notice of this application to the other parties is not felt.
