W.P.(C) 5127/2017 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 23rd December, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that against this order, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 6th February, 2017 and on the said representation concerned Deputy Director (Education) has given a personal hearing to the officer of petitioners on 15th
May, 2017. Mr. Santosh Kr. Tripathi, learned ASC for the GNCTD, concedes to this fact and states that an order on the said representation is yet to be passed. He also states, without communicating the order on the representation, no action on the order dated 23rd December, 2016 shall be taken. In other words, Mr. Tripathi states the present petition is premature. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners state that present petition may be disposed of. The petition is disposed of as such.
