W.P.(CRL) 3253/2016 By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that respondent nos.1 to 4 be directed to expedite the investigation in the FIR and arrest the accused persons. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that investigations are complete and charge sheet is under scrutiny and is likely to be filed within three weeks.

He further submits that the accused persons were arrested but were granted conditional bail by the Court. Thereafter, they

have absconded and have been declared as proclaimed offenders. Writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and file the final report within four weeks. A.K. PATHAK, J.
