1. The application has been duly signed by the representatives of the parties and also by the counsels present before the Court today. Both the counsels support the settlement. The terms of the settlement, are set out in para 4 of the application. The parties jointly prayed for the suit to be decreed in terms of the settlement recorded in para 4 of the application. The Court has perused the terms of the settlement. The same are lawful.
2. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms thereof. The application shall from part of the decree.
3. Decree sheet be drawn up. The parties shall remain bound by the terms stated in the application.
4. The application is disposed of. The suit is decreed.
5. The Registry is directed to issue a certificate for the refund of Court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

6. In view of the settlement, the Plaintiff seeks liberty to withdraw the present application.
