% 05.09.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, seeking liberty to raise all the grounds set out in the petition by way of remedy available under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the court of Sessions.
