The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.674/2016 registered under Section 376 IPC at PS Tilak Nagar. Status report not filed. The prosecutrix is present in person and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2016. The prosecutrix has no objection to the grant of bail as there was some misunderstanding and she is ready and willing to live with the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
