The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek extension of parole which expires on 14.10.2016. He seeks two months extension on the ground that his ailing son unfortunately passed away on 02.09.2016 and he has to perform the religious ceremonies in relation to his deceased son. The petitioner, who appears in person, states that his wife has donated kidney to the ailing son. On account of the said donation, the wife is also suffering. He needs to look after his wife as well. The petitioner has been on parole since 13.04.2016. He stands convicted under Section 302 IPC and is undergoing life sentence. In view of

the circumstances of the petitioner, I am inclined to grant one more last extension of parole by a month.

Accordingly, the petitioner's parole shall stand extended from 15.10.2016 for a period of one month and he shall, accordingly, surrender before the Jail Superintendent on 15.11.2016. The said extension shall operate on the same terms & conditions on which he is presently on parole. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
