W.P.(C) 4842/2017 & CM No.20878/2017(stay) Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondent is in the process of inviting bids for allotment of the Cafeteria and the Holistic Health (Food) Centre at the IIT, Delhi premises. He submits that since it will be an open tender, the petitioner would be at liberty to participate.

In view of the stand taken by the respondent, that the petitioner would be permitted to participate in the fresh tender, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
