The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a representation has been made by the petitioner on account of the petitioner company being put on the DEL list.

Mr Kiriman Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that he has obtained instructions that the said representation would be considered and an appropriate order would be passed therein. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks from today and pass a speaking order. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
