W.P.(C) No. 9439/2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition with permission to approach the executing authority as it is claimed that the petitioner has paid the entire decretal amount and no further amount is due and payable. In case any such petition is filed before the executing authority, we hope and trust, the matter would be taken up expeditiously and the issue raised and claim made by the petitioner would be examined. We further clarify that in case of any adverse

decision and if the petitioner is not satisfied, he will be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
