1. Notice. Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, the learned ASC accepts notice for the Respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents states that the refund has already been processed and the order will be issued, in all probability, within one week from today. A copy of the order be furnished to the Petitioner forthwith. It is directed that within two weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event the Petitioner has any grievance about non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate W.P.(C) 5496/2017

remedies in accordance with law.
