O R D E R

% 21.10.2016 Learned counsel for South Delhi Municipal Corporation has entered appearance and submits that the said corporation had noticed fresh unauthorized construction in Khasra No.51, Murgewali Gali, Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi and action in accordance with law has been taken in all such cases. She further submits that impugned order does not bar or prevent the Corporation from taking the said action. Learned counsel for the appellant, in view of the said statement made by the counsel for the Corporation, states that he would not press the present appeal and in case he has any specific grievance, he would write a letter to the Municipal Corporation. If required and necessary, he would take recourse to legal remedy in accordance with law.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that cost of Rs.10,000/- has been imposed on the appellant. Having heard the counsel for the appellant, we make the cost easy. At this stage, the appellant, on his own, states that he would deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- with Delhi High Court Legal Services committee. The appeal is disposed of.
