% 03.10.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 17th May, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 701/2016 whereby a direction was issued to respondent to allot the deficient land of 7 biswas to the petitioner in furtherance of the consolidation order. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent has till date not allotted the deficient land.
Learned counsel for the respondent on instruction of Consolidation Officer, who is personally present in Court, states that the land in question had been demarcated on 29th September, 2016 by the Tehsildar, Saket. He
further states that the order in question shall be complied within a period of three months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by learned counsel for respondent. He, however, prays that the respondent be held bound by the same.
Consequently, the statement made by learned counsel for respondent is accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J OCTOBER 03, 2016 rn
