% 19.12.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the statutory authorities. This petition relates to the alleged illegal construction being committed in property bearing No.1153, Kucha Mahajani, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/North Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in appearance. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that a similar petition qua the same property has been disposed of by this Court on 14.12.2016 and final order were passed in that petition i.e.W.P.(C) 9745/2016 titled Uma Shankar Sharma Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation and Ors.

That order has placed on record. Admittedly, that writ petition is also related to the same property i.e. property bearing No.1153, Kucha Mahajani, Chandni Chowk, Delhi. In the order it has been noted that the private respondent has been granted a personal hearing and the next date is 21.12.2016 which is yet to come. Noting these submissions as also the fact that the earlier petition relating to the same property has been disposed of this Court is of the view that this petition is infructuous. Needless to state that the action proposed in WP(C) 9745/2016 by the North DMC shall be taken to its logical end.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
