% 17.04.2018 By this petition the petitioners who are major claim protection as they are married contrary to wishes of respondent No.4. A status report has been filed as per which petitioner No.1 has been verified to be a major. Statement of petitioner No.1 has been recorded wherein she has not levelled any allegations of kidnapping against petitioner No.2. Thus the State is proceeding with filing a cancellation report in case FIR No. 201/2017 registered at PS Gokulpuri.

Though learned counsel for the respondent No.4 is present, however respondent No.4 is not present in Court.

Writ petition and application are disposed of directing the SHO PS Karawal Nagar to ensure the protection of petitioners through beat staff and in case of any specific complaint action thereon be taken in accordance with law.
