% 11.09.2017 In the written statement, it has been averred that the defendant has already changed the name of its project from BELLEVUE to BELLEVISTA. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for defendant has no objection if the present suit is decreed in accordance with the paragraph 29(i) and (ii) of the plaint of the present suit.

Learned counsel for plaintiff gives up the claim for damages, punitive damages, delivery up, costs and disclosure.
