% 15.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration of the present FIR No.

313/2016 under Sections 341/324/506/195-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mundka on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the interventions of their elders in the family, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 Shri Anil Kumar is present in Court

along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Manoj of Police Station Mundka. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the fact that a quarrel ensued between the relatives, which led to registration of the aforesaid FIR and now they have settled their disputes voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 313/2016 under Sections 341/324/506/195-A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mundka and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
