O R D E R

% 21.01.2019 This petition has been filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking termination of the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondent and for appointment of a substitute Arbitrator in his place. During the pendency of the present petition the parties have agreed to the termination of the mandate of the Arbitrator and for appointment of Mr.Dinesh Agnani, Senior Advocate as a substitute Arbitrator. In view of the Agreement, I terminate the mandate of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondent and appoint Mr.Dinesh Agnani, Senior Advocate (C-8, Jangpura Extension, Delhi, Mobile: 9811082336) as a substitute Arbitrator.

The Arbitrator shall give disclosure under Section 12 of the Act before entering upon the reference.

As submitted by the parties, the arbitration proceedings shall be held under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the DIAC rules as to the procedure and fee shall be applicable to such proceedings.

The parties shall appear before the DIAC on 12.02.2019 at 3:00 p.m. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
