% 15.12.2017 Respondent no. 2 is son of respondent no.3. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. It is submitted that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which had led to registration of FIR No. 358/2009 under Sections 506/342/323/34 IPC at police station Patel Nagar.

Subsequently, after the investigation charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 365/368/323/506/342/34 IPC.

It is submitted that with the intervention of their common friends petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court

along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Mohit of police station Patel Nagar.

These respondents submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they do not wish to pursue the FIR and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
