% 23.03.2017 Today, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.20,000/- in favour of the petitioner towards costs imposed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in OMP (T) No.21/2015.

Learned counsel for the respondent assures and undertakes to this Court that the aforesaid cheque is good for payment. He further undertakes to this Court that the respondent shall withdraw his arbitration petition being Arbitration Petition No.11204/2016, on the next date of hearing.

The statements/undertakings given by learned counsel for the respondent are accepted by this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of and the notices issued are discharged.
