% 31.05.2017 The allegations are of the police official(s) having been assaulted, when they had gone to the place of the accused persons asking them to stop playing DJ. Incident is thereby, on a trifle issue. Applicant is in JC since 2.5.2017 and is no more required for further investigations.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, applicant-accused is admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court/ld. MM. A. K. CHAWLA, J MAY 31, 2017 rc
