Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has handed over the status report which is taken on record.
As per the status report, the subject property has been booked by the respondent on 07th February, 2017, 03rd March, 2017 and 28th April, 2017; work stop notice has been issued on 08th February, 2017 and 01st May, 2017; letters for disconnection of electricity and water supply have been issued on 03rd March, 2017 and 01st May, 2017; subject property has been sealed on 19th May, 2017 and the demolition has also been taken place on 19th May, 2017.

Since respondent No.1 has taken appropriate steps, no further order is warranted.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of failure of the respondent to act further in accordance
with law.

Pending application is disposed of.
