% 23.03.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not be pressing this petition on merits in case the Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing as his apprehension is that the progress in the trial may get delayed. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to it. He undertakes to appear on all dates before the Trial Court and to ensure that there would be an expeditious disposal in the matter.
In this background, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of 10 months from today.
Petition disposed of.
