% 20.11.2018 Counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, submits that in case the appellant is allowed to meet the child for half an hour on Saturdays before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in the Children's Room in presence of the mediator and in the absence of the respondent, the appellant would not press for any relief with regard to permanent custody of the child. Mr.Sidharth Aggarwal, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to this suggestion. Accordingly, as prayed, the child will meet the appellant-father on 18 Saturdays as per schedule to be jointly worked out. The schedule shall indicate the time and dates, copy whereof shall be filed in Court within three days from today. It is agreed that every endeavour would be made by the parties to make the order meaningful. Legal objections raised by the respondent with regard to the maintainability is kept open.

With the above agreed directions, the appeal stands disposed of. G.S.SISTANI, J JYOTI SINGH, J NOVEMBER 20, 2018/rb /
