O R D E R

% 31.05.2017 The writ petition (Crl.) 1056/2017 of this very petitioner seeking release on furlough for a period of three weeks, sent through jail on 28.03.2017 was dismissed by this court by order dated 13.04.2017.

The petition at hand of the same person seeking similar relief drafted by another jail visiting counsel appointed by Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, sent under covering letter dated 20.05.2017, has come up for hearing.

But, as pointed out by the learned additional standing counsel, it does not mention the facts relating to the previous petition or the result thereof. This amounts to withholding of the relevant facts.

W.P.(CRL) 1740/2017 Some concerns about the manner in which such petitions are coming up, though in a slightly different context, have been recorded

by another order of today in WP (Crl.) no.1731/2017 titled Sonu Vs. State. The issue arising in the present case shall also to be looked into in the same inquiry as has been ordered in the other case and a report submitted on the administrative side.

Given the result of the earlier petition, no relief on the present petition is called for.
