% 13.07.2017 Since the insurance company was raising certain defences, imposition of costs of Rs. 20,000/- as per para 17 of the impugned judgment was uncalled for. The direction to that effect is set aside. Rest of the contentions in appeal have already been rejected by order dated 29.05.2017. The appeal is disposed of in these terms.

Statutory deposit shall be refunded.
