% 01.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondents No.1 & 3 are served. However, no one appears on their behalf when the matter is taken up.

Counsel further states that the Award has been passed against the respondents who have challenged the same by filing of objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Court of Sh.Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Addl. District Judge, District Rohini (NorthWest), Delhi and the next date fixed before the said Court is 16th August, 2016.

Under these circumstances, it would be appropriate if the present petition be also listed before the same Court. Even otherwise, the valuation of the claims is less than Rs.1 crore.

In view of the above, this petition is transferred to the District Judge, Rohini (North-West), Delhi, to be listed before the same Officer on 16th

August, 2016. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on the said date. In the meanwhile, the interim order as passed on 26th May, 2015 shall continue.
