% 06.03.2018 By this petition the petitioner had challenged the communication dated 31st March, 2017 whereby grant of parole to him was declined by the competent authority on the ground that the convict may jump the parole. A nominal roll has been sent by the Superintendent Central Jail No.3, Tihar. As per the nominal roll after the rejection of grant of parole the petitioner was granted furlough twice once with effect from 26th April, 2017 when the petitioner surrendered; however the second time when he was granted furlough on 19th August, 2017 he did not surrender after completion thereof.
Petition is dismissed.
