% 31.05.2017 The petitioner stands held guilty and convicted in two cases of robbery including one of armed robbery it arising out of FIR No. 535/2009 of police station Maurya Enclave and the other relating to FIR No.270/2010 of police station Keshav Puram. In addition, he is facing trial in six other criminal cases including one on the charge of murder and attempt to murder, another of armed robbery with attempt to commit murder, yet another of armed robbery besides other cases involving attempt to murder of public servants. Having regard to such antecedents, this Court agrees with the view taken by the State in declining release on parole. Dismissed.
