Transfer, invoking Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), is sought of CS No.2890/2016 titled "Piyush Jain Vs. Alok Bhatnagar & Anr." of the Court of Sh. Ravinder Singh, Additional District Judge (ADJ) (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2.

The petition was entertained and notice thereof ordered to be issued. 3.

The counsel for the respondent appears.

After hearing, consensus has emerged that the suit, instead of being transferred to the Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, be transferred to the Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Accordingly, the suit aforesaid is transferred to the Court of ADJ / District Judge, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 6.

The Transferor Court is requested to physically transfer the suit file forthwith.

The parties to appear before the ADJ / District Judge, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 7th December, 2017. TR.P.(C.) 90/2017
