% 02.03.2017 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful By:AMULYA
disobedience of the orders wherein the respondents had undertaken to vacate the premises at Scindia Potteries Labour Quarters Complex, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi on or before 31®^ December, 2015. Since despite the aforesaid undertaking, the respondents had not vacated the premises, notices were issued returnable for today. In response to the notices issued, the respondents are personally present today in Court. They pray for some time to vacate the premises. However, the petitioner is willing to extend the time only by a period of one month.
At this stage, the respondents state that they would vacate the premises on or before 3 C March, 2017. They further state that in the event the said premises are not vacated by 3C March, 2017, they would have no objection if the local SHO gets the said premises vacated.
The statements made by the respondents are accepted by this Court and the respondents are held bound by the same. Accordingly, the present contempt petitions stand disposed of. However, the matters are directed to be listed for compliance on 13'" April, 2017.
