The matter has been settled before the National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025.

The parties have agreed that the Respondent No. 1 - Insurance Company shall pay a further amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- over and above the compensation granted by the learned Tribunal towards full and final settlement 3.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 submits that the Respondent No. 1 shall deposit the agreed settlement amount within six weeks from 10.05.2025.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement as recorded by National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025.
