W.P.(CRL) 2959/2016 The petitioners have preferred the present petition to seek the quashing of FIR 464/2016 dated 27.03.2016 registered at PS Rajouri Garden u/s 420/468/471/120B/506/34 IPC. This petition is premised on a settlement. However, it is pointed out that the settlement is not between all the accused and the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh in case an overall settlement is reached.
