The petitioner is present in person along with Ms.Karishma, Advocate and seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition. 2.
Mr.S.K.Bhaduri, Advocate submits that since the petitioner has engaged another counsel, namely, Ms.Karishma, who has filed her vakalatnama without taking No Objection Certificate from him, he may be discharged from this case.

Mr.S.K.Bhaduri, Advocate further submits that though earlier no objection has been taken, now he has no objection if the petitioner is represented through Ms.Karishma, Advocate.

As requested, Mr.S.K.Bhaduri, Advocate is discharged in this case. RC.REV. 482/2016

Ms.Karishma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CM No.15862/2017 has been filed to withdraw the RC.Rev.482/2016 as the parties have mutually arrived at a settlement/compromise on 19th April, 2017. She further submits that copy of the compromise deed is annexed with the application as Annexure C-1.

In view of the above, CM No.15862/2017 is allowed and RC.Rev.482/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of compromise. 7.
The parties are directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise deed.
