1. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the copy of the order in original dated 4th March, 2014 will be provided to the Petitioner today itself.

2. In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies available to the Petitioner against the said order, in accordance with law.
