Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents and Ms.Bharathi Raju, learned counsel for the respondents states that vide order dated 05.07.2017 the proposal received by the Ministry from the CRPF for holding a review DPC in respect of the petitioner, has been turned down. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the internal noting file of the department, which is taken on record. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the actual order passed in this regard to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two weeks. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of, with liberty granted to the petitioner to assail the rejection order passed by the respondent No.1, in accordance with law.
