Crl.M.A. No. 7994/2015 in Crl.M.C. No.2277/2015 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The applications are disposed of Crl.M.C. No.2276/2015 & Cr) M.C. No.2277/2015 Parties are present in Court who have been identified by their respective counsel.
These are two petitions filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of two cross FIRs No.619/2015 under Sections 308/323/341/34 IPC & No.620/2015 under Sections 308/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, Delhi. Brief facts of the case are that on 81h May, 2015, a quarrel took place between the parties in which both the sides suffered injuries. On the basis of the complaint made by Mohd. Azad (respondent No.2 in Cr1. M.C. No.2277/2015), the FIR No.619/2015 was registered against petitioners, namely, Bilal, Rashid and Mohd. Amir. Bilal (respondent No.2 in Cr1. M.C. No.2276/20 15) also made a complaint in respect of the same incident, on the basis of which the FIR No.620/2015 was registered against the petitioners, namely, Mohd. Azad, Mohd. Zubair and Mohd. Alam. Since the parties are residing in the same locality, the parties have settled their disputes amicably. They are also present in Court and have confirmed the settlement.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the averments made in the petitions, the FIRs No.619/2015 under Sections 308/323/341/34 IPC & No.620/2015 under Sections 308/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, Delhi and proceedings pursuant
