Learned Additional Standing Counsel informs that after the filing of the present petition, the petitioner has already been granted furlough w.e.f. 25th October, 2017 for a period of three weeks by the competent authority. Thus, the present petition as well as application have become infructuous. Petition and the application for early hearing are dismissed as infructuous.
