I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2016. Learned APP, on instructions, states that the nature of injuries sustained by the victim(s) is 'simple' in nature. BAIL APPLN. 2050/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
