The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 360/2013 registered under Sections 420/120B/34 IPC at PS Vikas Puri. Status report not filed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2016. Earlier she was directed to pay certain amount to the victims by an order dated 11.08.2016.

She, however, could not pay the said amount. It is undisputed that certain victims were given their money and the matter was settled with them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
