% 28.04.2017 Further report submitted reveals that the petitioner has been indulging in misconduct and jail offences for which he has been awarded punishments thrice in the year 2016 itself, the last punishment having been meted out on 01.11.2016. Against this background, there is no good ground to release him on parole.

The petition is dismissed. However, the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee shall make appropriate arrangement to assist the petitioner in filing special leave petition before the Supreme court.
