% 07.12.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that refund of Rs.15.76 Crores has been received. She seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that the petitioner would approach the authorities with regard to balance amount, which is more than Rs. 2.34 Crores. This statement is made without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
