1. In view of the statement in para 7 of the short affidavit dated 20th February, 2017 filed by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. If Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 do not refund within twelve weeks the excess amount recovered from the Petitioner i.e. through attachment of salary beyond 24 months, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate directions in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is also disposed of.
